Dominic Moscone
Director, NKS Thornhill/Pavilion

Shihan Dominic Moscone has been an NKS student and teacher for more than twenty years. He has been featured in martial arts educational tapes, disks and books, and has performed, competed and instructed abroad.
During a training and research trip to Japan in October 2009, he received his certification from Master Tetsuhiro Hokama, President, All Okinawan Karate-do Federation. Additional ceremonies were conducted at Shuri Castle, widely regarded as the birthplace of Karate-do, where Master Cezar Borkowski presented his Shihan belt. Additionally, he’s been inducted
into the Eastern Martial Arts Hall of Fame.
He is a former top-ranked
forms, weapons and sparring champion, who has traveled throughout
Canada, the United States and Europe to compete, teach and perform
demonstrations.
Shihan Dominic Moscone,
is a graduate of York University (B.Sc. in Kinesiology) and certified
athletic therapist. His academic background and extensive research
have enabled him to develop innovative programs including Plyo-Power.
He also enjoys cross-training, reading and films, especially when
shared with friends and relatives.
