Shihan Vince Servello
has been an NKS student and teacher for more than twenty years.
He has been featured in martial arts educational tapes, disks
and books, and has performed, competed and instructed abroad.
During a training and research trip to Japan in October 2009, he received his certification from Master Tetsuhiro Hokama, President, All Okinawan Karate-do Federation. Additional ceremonies were conducted at Shuri Castle, widely regarded as the birthplace of Karate-do, where Master Cezar Borkowski presented his Shihan belt.
Shihan Vince applies
his academic background (business), managerial and martial skills
in serving more than 1100 students at NKS’ Midtown school.
As Director, Student Care Team Development, he is responsible
for recruiting and training teaching staff at the Midtown dojo
and assists Hanshi Cezar Borkowski (NKS International Director)
in constructing instructor certification programs.
His extra-curricular
activities include automobiles, cooking, cross-training, and spending
time with family and friends.
